Working collaboratively with Linda, setting meaningful goals, exploring challenges and building practical strategies for lasting lifestyle change.

This method is tailored entirely to you, these sessions provide a safe and confidential space to explore your goals, challenges, and habits, while building practical strategies for lasting change. Drawing on techniques from Positive Psychology and Behaviour Change, wellbeing coaching helps you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and balance.

Sound baths and Floating sound baths
